Ingredients:
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1/3 cup of shredded coconut
- 2 Tablespoons of cashew butter (you can substitute almond butter or sunflower seed butter)
TOPPINGS:
- Nuts
- Dried fruit
- fresh berries
- Cinnamon
- Coconut Butter
Directions:
- Mash the banana together with the shredded coconut and cashew butter.
- I used a fork to mash everything together. Top with fresh berries or chopped nuts.
