As you may know, I am a huge fan of using meal planning as a way to say time, money, and stress! Eating Paleo can be very difficult when you are just starting out…heck, it can be difficult when you are, somewhat, of a Paleo veteran like me!

In comes my new, best friend and meal plan savior, eMeals.com! I signed up for eMeals.com at the beginning of the New Year and it has definitely solved the dinnertime dilemma and made my life a whole lot easier.

How does eMeals.com work?

What plans does eMeals.com offer?

They offer a wide variety of plans, but, of course, I show favors to the Paleo plan!

emeals plans

My review of eMeals.com:

I absolutely love the Paleo eMeals.com meal plan. I receive 7 dinners every week and an attached shopping list. It’s a no-brainer! I print out the meal plan and shopping list and stick the menu on my fridge. With the Paleo plan there has been about 2 crockpot meals every week and a nice variety of proteins (fish, pork, beef, chicken, and eggs). There is one side dish included in each meal and I am very happy to say that my kids have done great tasting the new vegetables and dishes that eMeals has sent me. If you follow me on my Facebook page, I, frequently, post our eMeals Paleo dinners!

Here are a few of the meals that I have made from the eMeals.com Paleo version:

Crockpot Harissa Pork Shoulder with Sun Dried Tomatoe Salad

I have been gluten-free for almost 5 months and have noticed some significant improvements in my rheumatoid symptoms. I could really use some help planning quick meals for my busy schedule and this seems like just the ticket!

Ditto Brooke! I found out about it a few months ago and signed up for it almost immediately! We were getting tired of the same dinners and this has helped so much bring me a new variety to the dinner table!

I switched to Paleo going on four months ago and loving every benefit it has given me but meal planning hasn’t been as good as it could be. Since I have a toddler and an infant with lots of mama brain fog I routinely go for safe and blah boring meals. Three months of meal planning would give me a great way to open up and explore different paleo safe cuisine without having to do a bunch of guess work. Thanks for such a great giveaway!

I have been eating Paleo style for several months now and am “working” with my family to come on board. I feel like I’m always in the kitchen….which takes time away from my family. I would love to have meal plan help because I can prepare meals ahead without spending “all” day in and out of the kitchen.

I have had the hardest time coming up with healthy meals for my family since my third was born a few months ago. A friend recently told me about this service and I thought it sounded amazing! I think the biggest benefit is I would be less stressed because I would have a plan without having to come up with one myself. I am sure my family would love for a less stressed momma!!

I would love to have this meal plan because we are new to paleo and I would love some help with menu planning. My husband is in the Air Force and we stick close to a budget and we’ve found eating paleo can be quite expensive. So having a budget and meal plan together would be awesome! Thanks for the contest!
